01

Mostly dirt trail

Most of the course runs on double or single track dirt trail. It can feel intimidating at first glance, but it is built to be both challenging and accessible, and it is well marked the whole way.

02

Two aid stations

The first is at mile 4.3 and the second at mile 6.5. Water, electrolytes and race fuel at both.

03

Sandy climbs, then the view

The climbs are the hard part and the view at the top is the reward. This is the stretch people talk about for the rest of the year.

04

A finish line worth running to

Bounce houses, face painting, yard games, food, vendors and shops. Bring your people. They will not be bored.

Mamele Mountains OG Club

The women who keep coming back.

Since day one, a select group of women have shown up year after year to take on the mountain. These trailblazers are the heart of Mamele Mountains, and we call them our Founders Club.

5 Year Founders Club

Raced every year since the first

If you have raced every single year since our very first event, you will be honored at next year's race with a special 5 Year Founders Club gift. A symbol of your grit, loyalty and commitment to climbing higher.

Three or more

Consistency deserves celebrating

We will also have a special gift for all women who have raced with us three times or more, even if you are not part of the original Founders Club.

How to train

You will not go in cold.

You didn't really think we would send you off on the race without some training did you? Every race ticket comes with a 12 week training plan, emailed at the beginning of June, to make sure you are fully prepared and ready to tackle this race. There is a beginner plan and an advanced plan, so you choose the one that fits you.

Believe that you can run farther, or faster. Believe that you're young enough, old enough, strong enough, and so on to accomplish everything you want to do. Don't let worn out beliefs stop you from moving beyond yourself.
